Chickpea hummus, original recipe
Here are the ingredients for theoriginal recipe, the indicated doses are enough for an average bowl ofchickpea hummus.
- 440 g of boiled and drained chickpeas
if you have taken dried chickpeas, boil them as usual or use canned chickpeas.
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- salt as required
if you have used dried chickpeas, one teaspoon infrequently, in case of canned chickpeas, less salt should be used.
- 4 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 sprig of fresh parsley
- 1 pinch of paptrika (optional)
